This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor (Study Abroad) at our Kozhikode office. The responsibilities include providing expert guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities, counseling them in course and university selection based on their aspirations and qualifications, and assisting with documentation, application, and visa processes. The role also involves offering career counseling, addressing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and conducting follow-ups with prospective students and their parents.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Education systems and study abroad processes
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with students and their families
• Prior experience in education counseling or consultancy is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
