- Product testing (DVT) Testing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for performance
- Failure analysis and root cause identification
- Component review and approval, including global travel to be on-site at vendors during pre- production stage.
- Generating own (and reviewing others ) documentation, including concept proposals, analysis reports, component specifications, review minutes
- Ensure quality by design .
- Product testing (DVT) Testing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for performance
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans (Inhouse and external lab) to verify mechanical performance against design specifications, including static and dynamic loading, fatigue testing, environmental testing, and reliability testing.
