Sr. SQL Database Administrator

Zensar Technologies seeks an experienced MS SQL DBA Administrator to manage and optimize SQL Server environments as well as Azur SQL environment.

The SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server databases.

The role involves ensuring the availability, security, performance, and integrity of databases, as well as collaborating with development teams and other IT professionals to deliver efficient database solutions.

Ideal candidate would be

• 5+ years SQL Server DBA experience.
• Strong Azure database administration (MI/PaaS/IaaS).
• Hands-on HA/DR, Clustering, Always On, Replication.
• Experience migrating enterprise SQL databases to Azure.
• Strong performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup/recovery.
• SQL Server + PostgreSQL administration experience.
• 24x7 production support exposure.
