Sr Specialist Software Engineering

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support assigned applications, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise, acting as a go-to resource for application-specific knowledge.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and share best practices with the team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security requirements while maintaining compliance standards.
• Flexible with shifts and occasional weekend support.

Required/Desired Skills

• 10+ years of Advanced proficiency in Angular for frontend development, including experience with component-based architecture and state management.
• 7+ years of backend development expertise in Node.js with a focus on API design, performance optimization, and scalability.
• 10+ years of Proficiency in SQL , including experience with relational databases, query optimization, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , including services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing tasks.
• Experience working with JSON for data exchange and API integrations.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Relevant certifications are preferred.
