Sr Specialist / Sales Specialist

This is an on-site, full-time role based in South Delhi for a Sr. Specialist / Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling ManufApp's solutions, managing and building client relationships, providing expert customer service, and conducting product training sessions. The role also involves identifying customer needs, setting and achieving sales goals, and overseeing sales-related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Experience in leading or conducting Training sessions to guide clients on solutions and products.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or technology sector will be an added advantage.
