Magnit is the future of work. Serving hundreds of the world's most recognizable brands for the past 30+ years, Magnit offers the industry's first holistic platform for the modern workforce. Magnit's integrated workforce management (IWM) platform supported by data, software, intelligence, and best-in-class services team is key to our clients success. It can adapt quickly to regional or industry economic shifts, and provides the speed, scale, flexibility, transparency, and expertise required to meet an organization's contingent workforce management, talent strategy and broader organization goals. At Magnit, you'll work with passionate colleagues who collaborate and deliver meaningful results that positively transform the largest companies around the globe.

The Senior Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and smooth execution of supplier compliance processes within a highly operational driven program environment. This includes conducting supplier screenings, managing recurring audit cadences, and ensuring adherence to established process guardrails.

Given the client's large, global, multientity supplier base, this role is essential to ensuring that each supplier complies with local country laws and regulatory requirements. Magnit partners closely with the client to uphold these compliance obligations, and this role directly supports that commitment by maintaining operational excellence, data accuracy, and risk mitigation across all compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Screening & Compliance Management

Conduct endtoend supplier screenings, including document collection, validation, and compliance checks.

Verify supplier alignment with local country regulations, legal documentation requirements, and internal compliance protocols.

Maintain accurate records of supplier entities, locations, documentation status, and renewal cycles.

  • Audit Cadence Execution

Manage and perform recurring operational audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) as defined by program requirements.

Ensure all process checks, controls, and guardrails are executed consistently.

Identify and address gaps, discrepancies, or missing data through structured follow-ups with suppliers or internal teams.

Ensure readiness for external or internal audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

  • Reporting & Data Integrity

Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Maintain auditready files, ensuring all supporting documentation is current and accurate.

Provide timely updates for regulatory or client reporting requirements.

  • Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

Communicate with suppliers to request documents, clarify information, and ensure timely compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, COE, Legal, MSP teams) to align on compliance expectations and requirements.

Provide guidance and clarity to stakeholders regarding screening standards, processes, and audit timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Compliance, Operations, or related fields.

Experience

  • 57+ years of experience in compliance, audit, supplier management, risk operations, procurement operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience working with multi-country or multientity suppliers preferred.
  • Technical & Domain Expertise
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to supplier onboarding, labor laws, and procurement compliance.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with workflow management tools or compliance systems is a plus.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, process-driven, high-control environment.
