We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Solutions Architect to join our AI/ML Incubation Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into scalable and impactful technological solutions, with a strong preference for individuals having experience working on projects under central/state governments or PSUs.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development & Leadership:
- Lead the development of project frameworks, integrating AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challenges presented by our clients.
- Be an integral part of ideation sessions and technical evaluations of client ideas, ensuring the technical feasibility and scalability of solutions with a hands-on approach in coding and architectural design. Facilitating these meetings will also be a key responsibility.
- Drive the translation of business needs into technical strategy, creating advanced solution architectures in AI/ML domains.
- Provide crucial technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the incubation and solution lifecycle.
- Oversee the solution development process, ensuring best practices in machine learning, data management, and software development.
- Work closely with the Head of the Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT).
- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices will have.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine AI/ML models and resolve technical problems as they arise.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the incubation centre.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent education.
- Experience:
- Total experience of 10 to 15 years, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience specifically in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale AI/ML projects from ideation to production.
- Prior experience in a startup or incubation environment is highly preferred.
- Experience of working on projects under central/state governments/PSUs is preferred.
Skills
- Programming: Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms and a solid understanding of deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Data & Ethics: Knowledge of best practices in data governance, ethics in AI, and ensuring privacy and security of data in machine learning models.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the capability to mentor and lead technical teams.
