We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior SQE – Performance Testing to lead and own the end-to-end performance engineering lifecycle. The ideal candidate will contribute to defining the performance testing strategy, execute large-scale load tests, and deliver actionable insights through robust reporting and analytics. This role will be part of Software Quality CoE, it demands strong technical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, this role requires leveraging modern AI/LLM tools to enhance productivity in automation, performance scripting, test design, and result analysis
