Role
Manage 4–5 interrelated Agile (Scrum) software projects using Git and Azure DevOps; drive delivery excellence, proactive risk management, budget control, documentation governance, and compliance with CMMI Level 5 and ISO audit expectations.
- Managed end-to-end delivery of 4–5 interrelated software projects, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Led Agile delivery using Scrum, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Built and maintained integrated project plans, release roadmaps, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
- Created and tracked detailed project schedules, WBS, baselines, and critical paths using MS Project and Agile tools.
- Monitored project progress, budget utilization, and cost control to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Owned project governance including status reporting, RAID logs, steering meetings, and stakeholder communication.
- Identified and mitigated delivery, technical, operational, and compliance risks with contingency planning.
- Collaborated with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, QA, Architects, and DevOps to remove blockers.
- Managed Azure DevOps boards, sprint tracking, dashboards, reporting, and work item traceability.
- Ensured Git best practices including branching strategy, pull requests, code reviews, and release tagging.
- Drove estimation, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery tracking using velocity and burn metrics.
- Ensured quality standards through DoR/DoD, test strategy, defect management, and release readiness.
- Maintained project documentation, traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Supported audits and compliance activities aligned with CMMI Level 5 and ISO standards.
- Coordinated with vendors and partners to manage deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

- MS Project for scheduling, dependency mapping, baselines, and milestone tracking
- Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Sprints, Dashboards, Repos, Pipelines)
- Git workflows including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and release versioning

Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years in software delivery with 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience in scaled or parallel team environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for sprint execution, reporting, and traceability
- Proficient in MS Project including WBS, baselining, critical path, and variance tracking
- Practical knowledge of Git workflows and SDLC governance practices
- Experienced in risk identification, impact analysis, mitigation, and contingency planning
- Skilled in project tracking, budget management, and cost control
- Strong documentation, reporting, and audit-ready record management skills
- Experience supporting CMMI and ISO audits, compliance reporting, and evidence management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical, process definition, and metrics-driven reporting capabilities
