Sr Software Engineer

Job Summary

• Take ownership of cloud-agnostic platform components, architect, build and scale them
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, performant and reusable code by enforcing software best practices and software engineering practices
• Participate in an agile team lifecycle, including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming and support
• Work with product owners and architects to understand detailed requirements and own the code from design, development to test automation.
• Perform as a trusted contributor requiring little to no supervision and demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, exceed goals, and create benchmarks for success

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience programming experience preferably in C# with demonstrated drive to learn and progress in the technical skill and nuanced art of development.
• Has exposure to one or more of the data sync tools like Azure Data Factory, Snaplogic Informatica, Boomi, or Talend.
• Has worked with data sync architecture syncing data using batch processing or real-time data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated success executing development work within an Agile environment.
• Experience working with AWS/Azure cloud technologies.
• Solid communication skills and ability to convey technical solutions to the end-user of all levels.
• Demonstrated professionalism in interacting with both internal and external audiences.
• Proactive, self-driven, and enjoys solving complex problems, not just in the primary area of responsibility but across boundaries.
