Sr Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer (SDE II / III), you will be responsible for building and enhancing high-performance applications across both front-end and back-end. You'll play a key role in shaping our technical platform, driving innovation, and delivering scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge product ecosystem.

You'll be Responsible for

• Learn and explore new technologies and frameworks to support business growth.
• Design and develop the back-end platform using Go, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Vue.js.
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization to meet business and customer requirements.
• Write and maintain low-level and high-level design documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate the latest technologies to enhance product quality.
• Optimize backend services and APIs for scalability and reliability.
• Build internal tools and automate repetitive engineering operations.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software products.

You'd have

• Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field from a top-tier engineering college.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in software product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of the Go programming language, idioms, concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels), and related frameworks/tools.
• Proficiency in Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in building highly scalable, product-grade systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is valuable.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
