Job description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for RPA related tasks, websites, applications, and other software .They combine user-centered design principles with visual design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.Essentially, they bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation

The Role/Responsibilities

• User Research:

Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• User Flows and Information Architecture:

Designing user flows, site maps, and information architecture to create clear and efficient navigation.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:

Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

• Visual Design:

Creating visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements.

• UI Element Design:

Designing specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus.

• Usability Testing:

Conducting usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure the design is intuitive and user-friendly.

• Collaboration:

Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Staying Updated:

Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills:

• User-Centered Design:Understanding and applying user-centered design principles.
• Visual Design:Proficiency in visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Prototyping Tools:Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
• Problem-Solving:The ability to identify and solve usability issues and design challenges.
• Analytical Skills:Analyzing user data and feedback to inform design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing web or mobile application work.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Freshers can also apply.

Qualifications/experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
• Strong experience in Ui/UX tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
