Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & Java)
Experience: 4-6 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Java, who can independently design, develop, and deliver features for a stack-based product. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and owning features end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality full stack features independently for product-based applications
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components (React/Angular or equivalent)
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders
• Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java
• Solid understanding of full stack architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience working on product-based / stack products
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Prior experience owning features from design to production
