Job Description: Power Automate (RPA) Developer - 4+ Years Experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedPower AutomateRPADeveloper with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows). The role requires strong expertise across theMicrosoft Power Platform, integration with enterprise systems, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions usingPower Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows).
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities using Power Platform capabilities.
• Develop attended and unattendedPower Automate Desktop (PAD)flows.
• Build and managePower Automate Cloud Flowsfor orchestration, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
• Integrate automations withSharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SQL Server, and third-party systems.
• Implement robusterror handling, logging, retries, and exception management.
• UsePower Appsto build user interfaces for automation inputs where required.
• Configure and manageenvironment variables, solutions, connections, and connection references.
• Ensure automations comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Support production automations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor juniordevelopers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.
• Prepare solution design documents, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience inRPA/ workflow automation, with strong hands-on expertise inPower Automate.
• Deep experience in:
• Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
• Strong knowledge of theMicrosoft Power Platform:
• Power Apps
• Dataverse
• Power BI (basic integration understanding)
• Experience withconnectors(standard and premium).
• Hands-on experience with:
• REST APIs, HTTP actions, JSON
• SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint Lists
• Strong understanding ofauthentication methods(OAuth, Azure AD, service principals).
• Experience withon-premises data gatewayconfiguration and usage.
• Familiarity withsolution deployment across Dev / Test / Prod environments.

Process & Platform Knowledge

• Solid understanding ofMicrosoft tenant-level governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies.
• Experience working inAgile/Scrumteams.
• Knowledge ofALM for Power Platform(solutions, pipelines, Azure DevOps).
