Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (4+ Years Experience)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 4+ Years

Shift: 2 PM – 12 AM (based on project/client requirement)

About The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and good frontend skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in building custom applications and working on third-party integrations, along with the ability to directly interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end web applications
Build and manage backend services, APIs, and database systems
Develop responsive and scalable frontend interfaces
Work on third-party integrations (APIs, webhooks, external systems)
Customize applications based on business workflows and client needs
Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement gathering
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
Deliver high-quality work within timelines

Backend

Technical Skills Required

Strong experience in Python or PHP (any backend language is acceptable)
Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / Laravel / CodeIgniter
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases

Frontend

Good experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js (React preferred)
Understanding of responsive UI development

Integration & Customization

Experience in API integrations, webhooks, and external system connectivity
Ability to build custom workflows and business logic-driven applications

Must-Have Skills

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Proven client-facing experience
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solutions
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience in service-based companies
Exposure to SaaS integrations and custom application development
Basic exposure to AI tools / APIs (like OpenAI, automation tools, etc.)
Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Work Expectations

Comfortable working in 2 PM – 12 AM shift
Flexible to align with client time zones (US/UK)
Proactive communication and accountability
Willingness to learn and adopt AI-driven development practices (using AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed)
Ability to explore and implement AI-based features or integrations when required
