Job Location : Remote WFH or Ahmedabad
- Design, build, and maintain scalable integration services and microservices using Java (primary) and Python (secondary).
- Develop and manage the full API lifecycle, including REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Build event-driven and asynchronous integrations using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, and AWS SQS.
- Implement AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Amp) to accelerate development and reduce delivery cycle time.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement Agentic integrations and AI-powered automation to enhance and streamline business processes.
- Contribute to integration architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure integrations follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, governance, and model evaluation standards.
What You'll Need:
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and working knowledge of Python.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end API lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- Event-driven architecture & asynchronous processing
- Messaging and integration tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, AWS SQS
- Experience with MuleSoft, including API development, integrations, automation, or advanced design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Amp).
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
- Strong ability to learn, adapt, and adopt new AI and integration technologies quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic integrations or AI-driven automation.
- Exposure to open-source integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with emerging AI productivity tools.
- Experience with Cloud and CI/CD pipelines (AWS preferred).
