Job Description:

The Integration Engineer, Operations Technology Digital Systems, works closely withcross-functional teams in engineering and Information Technology. This resource helps implement the integration for machinery and equipment solutions to automate production processes and/or systems.The successful candidate works with project teams toimplement systemsand deliver measurable value for the client.Reporting to the XXXX, this individualhelps ensure solutions and their delivery align with client's Digital Roadmap.

Specific Role Focus Areas:

• Executesdigital automationsolutions across client's manufacturing sites.
• Uses understanding ofprocess control network architecture and security requirementsto ensure manufacturing solutions are as secured as possible.
• Effectively communicates across all levels and disciplines of the organization.
• Understands both industry and business standards in executing optimal solutions.

70% Capital Project Execution:

• Executes project work as designed and in accordance with client standards and guidelines.
• Participates in project implementation teams in support of yearlycapital projectportfolio.
• Usesengineering knowledge, judgment, creativity, and experience to execute highly technical IT/OT digital initiatives.
• Supports development of new procedures and technologies, identifying new industry trends with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Serves as adigital systems resourceforcapital projects.

25% System Support:

• Contributes to the delivery, knowledge transfer and value generation of thedigital manufacturing suite of applications.
• Provides ongoing support for existing systems, by identifying performance improvements, monitoring system health, and implementing necessary upgrades and patches.
• Supports the MITC group and individual Service Delivery Managers to respond to and resolve outages or issues received via support ticket within SLA.

5% Business Knowledge:

• Experienced withprocess control systems, digital technologies and automation systems, and integration withData Historians and other Manufacturing Systems using Kepware.
• Experience supportingprojectsfocused onindustrial data collection and analysis.
• Demonstrates proficiency andknowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
• Provideddigital systems supportfor suppliers to ensure alignment with client strategies and standards.

5% Leadership and Development:

• Practices personal and team accountability for the development and enforcement of ourdigital and automation solutionsstandards and best practices
• Recognized as a subject matter resource with supplier companies, client teammates and engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical input and feedback ofinformation technology and operational technology systems in support of the Digitally Integrated Manufacturing Stack.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of:
• Modern software architectures, including microservices, containers, OSI Model Layers 1-4, cloud computing technologies.
• Network architecture, virtual machine environments (VMWare), VLANs, firewall rules, servers.
• Industrial control system integrationusing open integration protocols OPC/MQTT
• Unified Namespace Architecture, ISA-95,event driven architectures.
• AVEVA PI Systemsarchitecture including connectivity, asset framework management, clientvisualization tools.
• Control system components and architecture systems (e.g., PLCs, Ethernet, Kepware OPC, Microsoft Networking [TCP/IP], HMI/SCADA)
• Securing systems runningICS-related communications protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, OPC, MODBUS, ProfiNET)
• Industrial Control Network architecture
