Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing design, coding, unit testing and ensuring conformance to the team s development process and standards
• Review of requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness
• Working with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Experience in financial technology domain
• Experience with high volume transaction sites
• Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
• Experience in customer facing products
• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, TypeScript, SCS, NodeJS, Angular JS, HTML, CSS
• Well-versed with Engineering Practices and Agile environment
• Worked in an Agile team and good understanding of Scrum
• Proven good oral and written communication Skills
• Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems
