Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying and resolving application issues.
Develop detailed plans and provide accurate estimates for build completion.
Transform business requirements into technical program specifications, code, test, and debug programs.
Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Perform performance tuning to optimize SAP functions.
Engage with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
Manage operational support, including work during change windows and on-call support.
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
