Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and test software applications within the TriZetto ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Quality Assurance.
• Enhance and maintain software solutions addressing key business challenges.
• Support software applications through troubleshooting, debugging, and updates as required.
• Apply strong logic, programming skills, and healthcare domain knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in systems validation, documentation, and process improvement activities.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability through rigorous testing and review.
• Work closely with Customer Support teams to resolve production issues and optimize user experience.
