• Provide backend production and application support with strong focus on SQL Server database operations
• Perform data loading, data extraction, transformation, and data transfer using advanced SQL queries
• Develop and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions
• Work extensively with SQL Server (2008/2012 or above) including performance tuning and query optimization
• Handle production support issues, troubleshoot failures, and ensure system stability
• Design and implement data models and support enterprise application integrations
• Create and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes where required
• Work with enterprise systems integration using .NET, WCF, REST, XML, and related technologies (basic C# knowledge acceptable)
• Support banking domain applications with high availability and performance requirements
• Work on debugging, technical problem solving, and root cause analysis in production environments
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for production support and incident resolution
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and support activities for enterprise application
