Job Summary
Sr Software Engineer B3 will design and deliver high performance enterprise services using DevOps Kubernetes and PL SQL or MySQL in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on building scalable transactional platforms that support finance and accounting processes ensuring reliability security and maintainability while collaborating with cross functional teams in a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support core business workflows and high volume data processing in a hybrid work environment.
- Develop and optimize Kafka based event streaming pipelines to ensure resilient data exchange between distributed systems with a strong focus on throughput latency and fault tolerance.
- Create robust relational database schemas and complex PL SQL or MySQL queries to guarantee data integrity efficient retrieval and reliable transactional processing.
- Refactor legacy components and integrate new microservices into existing enterprise ecosystems to improve maintainability performance and long term system sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with product analysts and quality teams to translate finance and accounting requirements into clear technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Implement comprehensive unit integration and component tests to maintain high code quality reduce regression issues and support continuous delivery practices.
- Monitor application performance logs and metrics to identify bottlenecks and proactively drive tuning efforts that enhance user experience and system stability.
- Apply secure coding practices and enforce access control policies to protect sensitive financial data and support compliance with internal audit standards.
