Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript Python and mySQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS Python React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and enhance software applications that align with company objectives.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize domain expertise in Cards & Payments to enhance application functionality and user experience.

- Support the deployment and integration of software solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless operation.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL with proven experience in software development.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
