Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code using React, Node.js frameworks (e.g., Next.js), and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement features.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and stability.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data pipelines for efficient data processing and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations and customizations.
- Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure application security
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and software quality
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
- Solid understanding of Python and its applications in backend development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Salesforce development experience (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL).
Bonus Skills (Assets):
- Experience with data pipeline technologies (e.g., Airbyte, Dagster).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
