About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated individual contributor who has hands-on experience in software development and testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining product features and components related to telecommunications core networks.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies within the telecommunications industry, contributing to the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance network solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and other engineering disciplines, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and industry standards.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of professional experience in software development, particularly in designing, developing, and maintaining high-throughput network and telecom-based applications.
- Proficiency in Java (Java 1.8 and above) with a solid understanding of core Java concepts.
- Experience with object-oriented programming principles, multithreading, collections, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems such as JDBC, MySQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with automation testing, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Additional preferred skills include experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) and Element Management Systems (EMS), as well as familiarity with 3GPP standards and telecommunications industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable C/C++ code for telecommunications and network applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing codebases to improve system performance, reduce latency, and strengthen security measures.
- Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in technical design discussions, offering innovative solutions aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging 3GPP standards, telecommunications technologies, and industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into product development.
- Ensure quality assurance through rigorous automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and other software developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
