Our predictive system precisely flags fraudulent transactions, shaping recommendations for clients on whether transactions should be honored or rejected. As our new Senior Software Engineer, you will have a critical role in building new capabilities to further fortify our clients businesses against the tireless evolution of fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enabling the evolution of our Merchant Fraud solution by developing and enhancing software modules using modern technologies like Java and Angular.
• Construct highly available and scalable microservices, building upon our existing zero-downtime approach.
• Integrate a Quality-first development approach and embrace a DevOps culture for seamless deployment.
• Implement state-of-the-art monitoring, logging, and observability systems to ensure optimal performance and swift issue resolution.
• Remain current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of industry.

Technical Skills †Full Stack Developer

• 5+ years of experiencein full-stack development, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Frontend (Angular):

• Proficient inAngular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of Angular best practices, design patterns, and component architecture.
• Skilled inRxJSfor reactive programming andNgRxfor state management.
• Experience withAngular Material,Bootstrap/NgBootstrapfor responsive UI design.
• Familiarity withngx-translatefor internationalization and localization.
• Proficient inJasmineandKarmafor unit testing.
• Strong grasp ofAngular FormsandAngular Animationsfor dynamic UI experiences.

Backend (Java):

• Hands-on experience withJava/J2EE,Spring Boot,RESTful APIs, andMicroservices.
• Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills (OOAD).
• Experience withSpring Frameworkintegrations andcloud-nativeapplication development.
• Familiar withAgile,DevOps, andTest-Driven Development (TDD)practices.
• Proficient inSQL/PL-SQL, with working knowledge ofHibernate/JPAfor ORM.
