Sr Software Development Engineer Test I

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks for UI and backend services.
• Implement end-to-end (E2E) automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into effective automated test cases.
• Advocate shift-left testing by enabling unit, integration, and E2E testing early in development cycles.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures, identifying root causes and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Provide actionable insights to improve test stability, coverage, and efficiency.
• Build and manage test infrastructure, including test data, device farms, and Docker-based test environments.
• Utilize test management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, TestNg, and Allure to manage test cases, track defects, and report execution results.
• Optionally contribute to performance and load testing initiatives using tools like Vegeta or Gatling.
