Job Description
Senior Software Developer with a strong expertise in managing development workflows, writing error-free code, and maintaining coding standards. They should be proactive in client communication, guiding teams, and handling technical issues, while continuously enhancing their technical skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing development workflows, SOPs, documentation and coding standards
- Do quality/regression tests before releasing the code
- Reporting for daily usage of hours in PMS or respective systems and improve productivity (ex. learning/ research / internal tasks / projects / etc)
- Generating error-free code, and achieve definition of done at first go
- Completing projects/ tasks on assigned time and utilize additional/free time on internal projects
- Prepare reports and update client/PM proactively
- Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies
- Managing client communication, sprint/scrum review meetings, and daily standups
- Handle queries and technical issues of clients
- Suggest solutions, when needed, and communicate risk/opportunity in projects with PM
- Completing and reporting about projects/ tasks on assigned time
- Guiding team members, supervising their work and helping them grow in technical skills
- Take interviews of candidates and assist HRD in hiring
- Continuously learn and upgrade technical skills
- Complete certifications, if applicable
