Responsibilities
- Understand customer reequirements in HR Business Services domain and prepare SRS and Design specifications
- Prepare solution framework as per the customer requirements
- Estimate the efforts wiht the help of developmenet teams
- Configure the software as per teh SRS specs
- Conduct user acceptance test of the delivered product
- Work on data migration tasks if any and overall project management
- Must be ready to travel extensively to client locations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any gradudate or PG with eposure to software industry
- Excellent technical wrting, requirement gathering and analysis, configuration and training
- Overll excellent project management exposure to become Project Manager in near future
Salary: 7.2 LPA to 12 LPA + otehr benefits
