About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Executive with 23 years of proven experience in client management, organic growth on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and hands-on with both strategy and execution

This is a client-facing role, so strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are a must. You will be working closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other specialistsbut you should also have the capability to create compelling static creatives and short-form videos independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for performance and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for high-quality creative output.
• Independently create static designs, reels, and video content when required.
• Manage client communication and reporting, ensuring satisfaction and measurable growth.
• Conduct on-ground client shoots and coordinate with creative teams for content execution.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 23 years of hands-on experience in social media management & ads.
• Proven track record of organic growth and running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience in client handling and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to handle shoots, create short-form content, and deliver under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and trend adaptation.
