We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Social Media Executive to join our team at CricTracker. In this role, you will take ownership of social media execution, mentor junior team members, manage platform performance, and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with brand and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day social media operations across platforms.
- Formulate, execute, and optimize social media strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
- Handle link sharing, scheduled posts, and template-based publishing across platforms.
- Conceptualize and implement special content ideas, interactive posts, and engagement-driven campaigns.
- Manage and publish stories, reels, and short-form content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create, edit, and review captions to ensure consistency in tone and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely content delivery.
- Handle client requirements, ensuring deliverables are met accurately and within timelines.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and suggest improvements for growth.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and event-based activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Guide and support junior team members to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure adherence to publishing schedules and SLAs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in social media management (sports media preferred).
- Strong experience in caption writing, content publishing, and platform management.
- Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for Cricket.
- Proven experience handling client requirements and multiple deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and project management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
