Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day social media operations across platforms.
- Formulate, execute, and optimise social media strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
- Handle link sharing, scheduled posts, and template-based publishing across platforms.
- Conceptualise and implement special content ideas, interactive posts, and engagement-driven campaigns.
- Manage and publish stories, reels, and short-form content to maximise reach and engagement.
- Create, edit, and review captions to ensure consistency in tone and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely content delivery.
- Handle client requirements, ensuring deliverables are met accurately and within timelines.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and suggest improvements for growth.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and event-based activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Guide and support junior team members to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure adherence to publishing schedules and SLAs.
