Core responsibilities

System administration: Administer, manage, and troubleshoot the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) system for Windows and macOS environments.
Technical support: Provide Level 2 support for EPM-related incidents, service requests, and policy configurations.
Monitoring and analysis: Monitor EPM logs, perform system health checks, and resolve alerts. Use SIEM tools for endpoint device monitoring.
User management: Configure users, groups, and roles within the EPM system.
Integration: Integrate the EPM system with directory services like Active Directory.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
