• TimelyissuanceofPOstoVendors,follow-upfororderconfirmationandco-ordinationforontimepayment to suppliers
• Coordinatingwithvendorsforactualdeliverystatusofmaterial
• OntimecompletionofOpenPurchaseOrderReportandShortageReportforreview
• Toefficientlyandaccuratelyexecutecoreprocurementprocessesforassignedproducts
• Tomeetorexceeddesiredservicelevelsandinventorytargetsasdefinedfortheproductsassigned, validated through procurement metrics
• Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes
• SelectsupplierforplacingnewordersinaccordancewithapprovedPurchasingstrategies
• Managingsupplier'sdatabase
• Toidentify,recommend,andimplementoperationalefficienciestodrivecontinuousimprovementinthe execution of procurement processes
• Performrootcauseanalysis toexpedite theresolutionofserviceissues
• PrepareCustomizedreportsforanalyzingandincorporatingimprovementsinprocesses
• Shouldweincludeshortage/excessescalationmanagement,co-ordinateandfollowthruonurgent receive, past dues management and receiving challenge resolution

Theexperiencewe'relookingtoaddtoourteam:

• Education:Bachelor'sDegreeor EngineeringGraduates
• Experience:8-10yrs.Procurement/SupplyChainexperiencepreferred
• MandatoryKnowledgeofcomputersoftwareapplications,MSExcel,Word&PowerPoint(PF).
• Excellent communication skills - MANDATORY
• Experienceinthefollowingdomains:Orderprocessing,Supplychainmanagement,Ordermanagement, Procurement end to end preferred
• KnowledgeofERP(PreferablyBAAN)
• ExperienceinManufacturingindustrypreferablyinelectronics
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Good analytical skills
