Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Site Engineer specializing in HVAC projects. Based in Kolkata, the Sr. Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to quality control standards, communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, and coordinate structural and civil engineering aspects of projects. Ensuring timely delivery of tasks, maintaining safety standards, and troubleshooting project-related challenges are key responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in on-site project management for HVAC or similar fields
- Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Knowledge in Structural and Civil Engineering techniques applied in HVAC projects
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Prior experience with insulation services or relevant products is a plus
