Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on Service portal backend functionality.
- Experience in Agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Javascript and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and MID Servers.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, etc.).
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
