Job Description

  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITOM and CMDB
  • Hands-on experience in ITOM Visibility modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
  • Strong understanding of CMDB lifecycle, data modeling, and governance (end-to-end ownership)
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate CI relationships and data integrity
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with integrations, MID Server setup, and infrastructure discovery patterns
  • Ability to troubleshoot ITOM/CMDB issues and optimize platform performance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
