Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and scripting to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM capabilities and be able to support end-to-end development activities, from requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM modules and workflows.
- Perform scripting and customization using JavaScript.
- Configure forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform support.
