Sr ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong IRM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and implementation of IRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize IRM applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms.
• Work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Regulatory Change Management.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and other technical stakeholders.

Skills Required

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM.
• Experience with Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Regulatory Change Management.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) – Mandatory
• CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) – Good to Have
