Sr ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Required Qualifications:

. At least 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.

Ideation, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.

Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, creating workflows, write JavaScript, customize the UI, and manage groups & roles.

Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod) including upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments.

Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances

Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow

Automation of processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules and technologies as well as managing data using ETL between ServiceNow and other systems

Analyze user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows

Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML

Development of reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools/processes

Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Strong interpersonal and written communication skill
