Sr ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Required Qualifications:

. At least 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.

· Ideation, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.

· Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow – collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, creating workflows, write JavaScript, customize the UI, and manage groups & roles.

· Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod) including upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments.

· Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances

· Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow

· Automation of processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules and technologies as well as managing data using ETL between ServiceNow and other systems

· Analyze user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows

· Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML

· Development of reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools/processes

· Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

· Strong interpersonal and written communication skill
