Position: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location: Noida (Preferred ) / Hyderabad

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Catalog, catalog variables, and RITMs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, and script includes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideRecord.
• Experience with update sets and configuration promotion across environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and Incident Management.
• Ability to work under strict change control and code-freeze conditions.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Experience Required

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise ITSM implementations.
• Experience in controlled release environments and structured development processes.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Developer or a ServiceNow HRSD
