Experience & Certifications
● 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
● Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
● Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
● ITIL v3/v4, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
