What You'll Do
SEO & Organic Growth
- Plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and business verticals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend studies.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices.
- Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
Content & Search Strategy
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
- Help create content strategies that improve search visibility and engagement.
- Identify new content opportunities through keyword and market research.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for organic discovery.

- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Participate in website launches, new product introductions, and digital campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required
Must Have
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush or similar
- Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience managing multiple websites or digital properties.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Content Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
Educational Qualification
Must be MBA/MCA/Btech, PGDM or PGDCA from a reputed institute.
