Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
On-Page & Technical SEO
- Conduct site audits, crawl diagnostics, and implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, structured data, mobile optimization, indexing, etc.).
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture.
Content Optimization
- Partner with content, editorial, and marketing teams to optimize content for organic search and user intent.
- Guide the creation of SEO-driven landing pages, blog posts, and website content.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop strategies for link acquisition, digital PR, and brand authority growth.
- Monitor backlink health and manage disavows when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics including rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor SEO specialists, executives, or external agencies.
- Collaborate with paid media, content, product, and development teams for an integrated marketing approach.
