Description
We are seeking a Sr. Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IAM principles and a proven track record of implementing and managing IAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage access control systems to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct regular audits of user access rights and recommend changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement IAM solutions and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide training and support to staff on IAM processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related field.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation of IAM processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
