SEO Executive / Senior SEO Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for an SEO Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth through on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical SEO execution experience, and working knowledge of AI-powered SEO and content tools.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Create and execute on-page SEO strategies for websites and landing pages
- Optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema, and content structure
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
- Monitor website health including crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and broken links
- Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics regularly
- Work on local SEO, citation building, and Google Business Profile optimization where required
Content & AI-Driven SEO
- Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content ideation, topic research, and SEO content optimization
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, service pages, and website content
- Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences
- Understand evolving trends like AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Off-Page SEO
- Execute ethical link-building activities including guest posting, directory submissions, citations, social bookmarking, PR outreach, and niche outreach
- Analyze backlink profiles and monitor toxic links
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Present monthly performance updates and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of practical SEO experience
AI Tools Exposure
Candidate should have experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- AI content optimization and keyword clustering tools
Additional Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
- Google Tag Manager (basic understanding preferred)
