Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound lead generation and meeting booking for our sales pipeline. This role is heavily focused on email outreach, cold calling, and multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with target B2B accounts.

The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, understands B2B SaaS buyers, and thrives in a metrics-driven outbound environment. You will work closely with founders and sales leadership to refine messaging, target accounts, and consistently book high-quality demos.

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn.

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers aligned with ICPs.

  • Personalize outbound messaging to improve response and meeting conversion rates.

  • Own the full SDR funnel: prospecting outreach follow-ups meeting booking.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads before scheduling demos for sales.

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead status updates in CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

  • Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and channels.

Must-Have SkillsTechnical / Functional Skills
  • Strong experience with outbound tools (Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
  • Proven ability to run structured outbound email and calling sequences.
  • Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, qualification, and sales funnels.
  • Data-driven approach to optimizing outreach performance.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by targets and outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience selling or prospecting for B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with ABM-style outbound and account-level personalization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of marketing-led vs sales-led GTM motions.
  • Exposure to email deliverability and domain warm-up best practices.

Experience Requirements
  • 34 years of proven experience as an SDR / BDR or outbound-focused role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently booking qualified meetings.
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise B2B accounts preferred.
  • Prior experience working with global outbound campaigns is a plus.

KPIs / Success Metrics
  • Meetings Booked: Number and quality of qualified demos booked per month.
  • Outbound Performance: Email reply rate, call connect rate, and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Contribution: SQLs generated and influence on revenue pipeline.
  • Activity Metrics: Consistent execution across email, calls, and touchpoints.
