Job Title:Sr SDET (Java, Test Automation, CI/CD)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Duration: Fulltime

What are your top 3 required technical skills

Very strong Test Automation & Framework coding experience

Advance java, JUnit, JBehave, and Rest Assured for API and GUI testing( Testing Web services, Web UI, APIs)

Strong understand of BDD/TDD practices and open-source agile testing frameworks

CI/CD Integration & Tools Proficiency

In-depth understanding of unit, integration, functional, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test applications using latest Java/J2EE standards, with strong proficiency in Java 11+.

Demonstrate excellent coding skills, including writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Have hands-on experience with API backend, frontend testing and automation

Be proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries

Excellent communication skills with strong Agile knowledge.

Be able to work with Business/Systems Analysts and Quality Engineers in a behavioural driven development environment.

The Ideal candidate should have experience of developing Microservices in Cloud based environment.

Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders

Estimate and own delivery tasks (design, develop, test, deploy, configure, document) to meet the business requirements

Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software

Drive code/design/process trade-off discussions within team when required

Mentor and guide new and less-experienced team members

Drive adoption of technology standards and engineering principles

Work with the application development and testing teams to assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting during Regression, UAT, and customer testing efforts.
