We have one more requirement for a Sr. SDET – Java + Selenium role. Please find the details below:

Position: Sr. SDET – Java + Selenium

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days work from office

• Design, implement, document, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Own core product capabilities and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Prepare test plans and automation strategies in coordination with PMs and developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer inflows, participate in RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish testing best practices and improve repeatability through automation.
• Develop and execute automated performance tests.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

• 6+ years of overall QA experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java and Selenium Grid.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks.
• Good knowledge of tools such as Eclipse, JMeter, and Cucumber.
• Experience in web application testing and REST API testing.
• Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with test and defect management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
