Sr. SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a pivotal role in supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **SAP Financial Accounting (FI)** and **Controlling (CO)** modules, with hands-on experience in both SAP ECC and the latest SAP S/4HANA environment. Responsibilities:

• S/4HANA Migration: Lead and support the migration process from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
• Configuration & Implementation: Configure, implement, and optimize SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, Integration with MM, SD, and other modules) in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, sustainable SAP solutions.
• System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party applications.
• Customization & Enhancements: Provide guidance on custom developments, user exits, and enhancements within the SAP FICO modules.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute test cases for system migrations, including UAT and regression testing, ensuring data integrity and process continuity post-migration.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and provide end-user training on SAP FICO functionalities, including S/4HANA capabilities. Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after the system go-live, addressing any issues related to SAP FICO processes and system performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess system performance, suggesting improvements or optimizations in processes, reports, and integrations to maximize the efficiency of SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations specifically with **FICO** module migrations and related business processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP FICO processes in the S/4HANA environment.
• Solid knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PS.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle management for S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant SAP certifications in FICO or S/4HANA are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori for user interface customization in the FICO area.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (New General Ledger, Cash Management, Asset Accounting, etc.).
• Experience in global implementations and working in multicultural teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in SAP is a plus.
